I really enjoy getting out and about and exploring the world with my camera. Most of my travel photos were taken on my iPhone (which is now in phone heaven) or my compact Panasonic Lumix DMC-TZ35 with a 20x optical zoom Leica lens. I’m currently using my Motorola G5S Plus (since April 2018) and am looking to buy a DSLR in the future.

I’ve had my photographs shared by popular accounts on Instagram, including Tourism Australia (exposure 2.7 million,  65,000 likes) and Australia Passion (exposure 7,000+ and 500 likes).

I’ve also had my travel snaps shared by travel accounts such as @travel.zoom (16,000 followers).

My photos do pretty well on my personal account too:

This time 3 years ago, I started my dream job – working on a whale watching boat in Australia. I still can't believe how lucky I was to score such an amazing job, where I effectively got paid to see whales in the wild (and serve the occasional coffee)! Currently watching with a pang of nostalgia as the photos start rolling in from the likes of @bluedolphintour this whale season 🐳 . . I love my writing and the freedom it gives me, but the three month adventure I had in 2015 (and again last year when I returned to volunteer) will inevitably be the best job I ever had, and will always be one of my most special memories 💙 . . Happy whale season to everyone in @australia @herveybayqld @queensland 🌏 . . #whale #whales #whalesherveybay #visitfrasercoast #humpbackwhale #whalewatching #bestjobever #bestjobintheworld #australia #herveybay #whaleseason #travel #explore #experience #solotravel #wanderlust #instapassport #igtravel #photooftheday #wildlifephotography #wildlifelovers #intothewild #ocean #bigblue #closeencounters
