After a lot of research, writing and pestering (one of my most highly valued skills as a freelancer), my travel writing portfolio is finally starting to take shape.
In the past month, I’ve been published on Matador Network, Travel Honey, Travelettes and, most recently, The Travel Speak.
I may be back in the UK for now, but on Easter Sunday I was resurrected as a full-time globetrotter when The Travel Speak made me this week’s Featured Traveller.
The Travel Speak editor said: “With over four years travelling across six continents, all on her own, Jenny is truly an inspiration.
“We sincerely hope that Jenny inspires a lot of you to make your travel dreams a reality. Our planet has so many beautiful places and wonderful experiences to offer that one lifetime isn’t enough!”
They also recommended my travel coaching services to current and would-be wanderlusters, particularly solo female travellers.
The feature includes a brief overview of my travels to date and a jetplanejenny exclusive on the best things to do in Laos.
